Every great meal tells a story, and so does every great restaurant. Fired Up began as a dream born from a challenging chapter in my life. After leaving a previous job under difficult circumstances, I found myself at a crossroads. Instead of letting that moment hold me back, I turned it into an opportunity to pursue my passion for cooking. With encouragement from a former boss who believed in my talent, I decided to create something meaningful – a place where people could come together over authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine.

Today, Fired Up is more than just a pop-up restaurant – it’s a celebration of resilience, flavor, and community. It’s proof that sometimes, life’s challenges can lead to the most rewarding journeys.

Each dish comes with a refreshing drink, all for just $20. At Fired Up, we don’t just serve food. We serve big, bold experiences that will keep you coming back for more.


Behind the Scenes at Fired Up

Running a pop-up restaurant is no small feat, but it’s a labor of love. Our day begins bright and early at 7 AM to ensure every dish is prepared with care and precision. By the time lunch service kicks off at 10 AM, every bowl is brimming with fresh, flavorful ingredients and ready to serve.

We’ve also fine-tuned our process to make sure you can enjoy your meal without the wait. During peak lunch hours, I focus on filling those enormous 32oz bowls while my team takes your orders and keeps the line moving. It’s all about great food, served efficiently, with a smile.

The Nashville Farmers Market is the perfect home for Fired Up. With daily foot traffic of 5,000–10,000 visitors, it’s a vibrant hub for food lovers and a gathering place for the community. We’re excited to bring a taste of Louisiana to this bustling market, where every visitor can experience the bold flavors and generous portions of Cajun and Creole cooking.

Whether you’re stopping by for a quick lunch or grabbing a meal to-go, the Farmers Market provides the ideal setting to enjoy everything Fired Up has to offer.
